+ Work > - Vessels

A bowl, a tray, and a teacup are all designed to preform the same function, to hold something and look good doing it. Interested in these earliest forms I seek to reinterpret containers that are not easily defined. Working with multiple techniques to fabricate these vessels I am interested how forms can define by their material make up. Creating vessels that have a balance of material and technique allow me to take these objects beyond their supplemental role of utility and into an environment that questions how we understand and interact with them.
